About
We've been serving the finest fish and chips from the heart of Knottingley since 1993.
The potatoes that make our freshly-cut chips travel just five miles from farm to fork and our fish is caught in the seas around Iceland and Scandinavia then brought ashore in Hull. We fry in the traditional way - in beef dripping - and our used cooking oil is collected, recycled and used to generate green energy.
